Male or Female?

Who should run our country, male or female? Why?

The best candidate should be president, whether the person is male or female. The best candidate, in our opinion, is the candidate that represents fairness, justice, and concern for all persons living in the United States. Again, this person may be male or female.

I think that a female should run it because we are stronger than men! Females have better ideas and will run the world safely! NO WAR!
Thank you, have a good day!

I don't think it is a gender issue. The person who runs our country should have certain qualifications and experience that would help him/her run the country.

Gender should not be a deciding factor in electing a president. However, it would be exciting to have a female president since there has never been one.

In my opinion a female should the lead country. Since men have been leading the country since 1787 and since we are experiencing a serious disaster in the form of a male, clearly a woman would be a better choice.

I believe that Americans need a shift in leadership. A female president is long-overdue. However, a good leader, whether male or female is more important.

Women and men have distinct attributes that make them effective leaders. Stereotypically, women need to talk through issues in order to make decisions. Men, on the other hand, have been conditioned to be more authoritative. I see no basis for a preference only in making history. We have no evidence to make comparisons between female and male presidents. Once the precedent has been set, we can have more meaningful discussions.

I think that the woman's place is fundamentally in the kitchen. Biologically, women are the weaker species. Therefore, men should always take the lead in the White House. Hilary Clinton should go home and take care of Bill. Women and politics don't mix. They are just way too emotional. Tampax anyone?

I think that woman should have the opportunity to lead this country, break current established patterns and stereotypes.

I believe that a leader should be chosen based on their qualifications and how those qualifications meet the needs of the community or group. The true needs of a community or group are not primarily driven by the gender of a candidate, but rather are driven by how a candidate can better lead his or her group.

The qualities and positions of our next president matter to me much more than their gender.

I do not believe that gender should be our concern when voting in the upcoming election. Voters need to be aware of the issues that are affecting the country, world and exercise their right to vote accordingly. Although it would be great to see a female as President, it should not the basis for my decision nor should it be for others.

I believe that gender should not be the deciding point. It should be about who has the qualification, experience and ability to get the job done.

women => kitchen, home, babies
men => provide, protect, rule

end of story...

Should E-books replace textbooks?
