Changing the pledge of Allegiance would become a problem.Who would want to change it anyways. For example, that is like someone changing life because they didn't believe in God.The pledge should not be changed because we are in nation. We are all God's children so why shouldn't we praise him.We have been trough so much in this nation, but changing the pledge of Allegiance is far worse then the U.S. troops fighting in Iraq.Leave the Allegiance alone and let us live as one nation under God

It should be changed because what happen if a kid takes on a current religon it would offend that kid and his or her parents because they don't believe in god. Nobody should be forced to say something they dont believe in. Kids are being pressured to say this because their teacher is ordering them to say it.

I feel that the pledge of allegiance should be changed because we all live under God. I say that because we're all in this nation together. Taking the words "under God" from the pledge of allegiance is like taking a baby from their mother. I really don't see what the problem is we all follow God's commandments but some don't believe in God. The united states is a nation that is under God even though some people have their disbeliefs.

Changing what you didn't do shouldn't be changed.I said No,because it's a pledge that been in this world for long so changing the pledge is like changing the world."Under God" is just a saying that shouldn't have to be changed.Since everyone believes in god in their own way.So without those two specific word nothings the same since their isn't any other words to replace them.So I believe that the pledge should stay the same.

Many people don't want to change the pledge.I said yes because some people have different traditions and they don't believe in god.For example our school don't say it because the students we have in our school is a different culture. Sometimes people needs to think before they do something because it could turn into a world wide issue this is now going on today.

i think that the pledge should be changed. there a re many schools that recite the pledge and now a days there are many new and different religions, some of which do not believe in got or believe in a different type of god.when the students are in school they are not forced to say th e pledge but its not fair to the ones that cant say it. if they changed it back to the original i think some people wouldn't be happy at first but thats the fairest way.

Changing the pledge of Allegiance is very disrespectful to god. We are all his children and I don't think that the Pledge of Allegiance should be change. changing the Allegiance is just like ignoring the person who gave you life. Is true that some people don't believe in god but believe it or not they are still his children. The pledge of allegiance can show people how god is very vital and that nothing should be change.

What difference will it make whether or not the courts or government take the words "under God" out of the pledge. If students know that their family or religion doesn't believe in God then they should not be required to say it. However, the article said the pledge is being said for religions it's said to salute the flag. Honestly it's not that much of a big deal that people is making it out of. If this serious like people say it is then why don't they find a good religious school for their child to attend. It would be better for students or families who do and don't believe in God.

I believe that the pledge of allegiance should stay the way it is. Because why should the pledge of allegiance change just because some parent disagrees with the words under god

You can't force people to believe in what you believe in. I feel that it doesn't matter if the pledge of alleigiance is changed because that isn't going to change your beliefs. If you were someone who believed in the words "under God" you can still say it. If you were someone who didn't believe in God then you don't have to say it. I don't really care because either way i am going to believe what i what to believe whether the pledge is changed or not.

the pledge should be changed because those who believe that we are under god are those who believe in god.anyone who does not believe in god should not have to say it or hear people say it.everyone has there own beliefs.

"what a life changing thing". for years and years we have recited a chant. this is reflecting life. Also it reflects our nation of america. Also with this chant we have had some difficulties with a saying that has too do with a certain belief.

I beleive that the plege of the alliagence should not be change. This is said because there are many people that beleive in there god or god's and should have the right to say ''under god''. On the other side it's only a little percentage of people that don't beleive in god and it should not be change because of that reason. If your some one who don't beleive in god then that;s on you just don't say the plege. I beleive the plege should remain the way it is because one of god's comanmenment said that you shold beleive in the lord and not another god but him.

I believe the pledge should be changed. Not every body believes in god. Also every race in America has their own religion. So not every body should believe in god. Not only that this is a free country, so we can believe any kind of religion we want to believe.

The pledge has been in this world for long by changing the pledge it’s as if you were trying to changing the world. The phrase “Under God” stands for the 50 individual states are united as a single Republic under the Divine providence of God. Our found father where in fact Christians and I believe out of respect to them as well to God or “God’s” depending our universal religion, it shouldn’t be changed.

.....In conclusion since living here in the United States everyone has freedom of speech then feel free not to say it if it offends you. You have the right as an American citizen. So it's a win win situation.
